Dirand’s portfolio includes LouLou in Paris and the Four Seasons Surf Club in Miami. Specialized French artisans are hired to create the attention to detail Dirand is renowned for, such as the marble bar.

The 62-seat restaurant focuses on natural lighting and lush greenery with floor-to-ceiling windows creating an indoor garden.
